I haven’t received a confirmation email — what should I do?
Sometimes confirmation emails are delayed. In 90% of cases, your order has been successfully received even if the email hasn’t arrived yet. Still no email after 4 hours?
First, check your spam or promotions folder.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some items may be restocked — others are gone for good as part of a limited Chapter.Want to be the first to know? Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to stay updated on restocks and future drops.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order is placed, we start processing it quickly to ensure fast shipping — so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible.

Are items in my shopping cart reserved?
No — placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Our products can sell out quickly, especially limited Chapter drops.
To secure your item, we recommend completing your order as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on working days before 12:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day and usually delivered the next working day — except on Sundays and national holidays.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate of €2 for shipping within the Netherlands.
Shipping costs for other countries are calculated at checkout.
